If I can, can I make the rules for this forum? ^^ I know that it's a lot of responsibility, but I made, and am making, the rules for my site, so I have a bit of experience!

Yes, yes indeed ^^ Well, you can help, Ninetails, but only if I need you to, since my rules are quite detailed and will need a lot of work to make them good, like most EXTREMELY popular forums.
